If you refuse to give them your social media passwords, what are they going to do, deport you ?
Personally, I think if you "have" to go to the US, leave your personal mobile at home and just take a burner phone (feature phone), and make sure your embassy's number is in the contacts, incase you are picked up by the #ice nazis.
