I'm so grateful and proud that the EU MEPs voted yes to amendment 5 and thereby narrowed the #chatcontrol extension down to something surprisingly reasonable.
Now, we just need to ensure that the scope for the permanent law is similar, and doesn't include #privacy invasive #ageverification or #idverification mandates.
