@0xabad1dea this reminds me of a question I've had since I was a kid, supposedly there are people that will end up having to go into a medical coma after a week straight of insomnia or some such, and I've always wondered if downers or being knocked out work the same in those situations. I wouldn't expect either to be a solution to the issue, but I wouldn't be shocked to hear that they just don't work correctly or at all in those scenarios.
