Hey Linux gamers. Does anyone know how to reach humans at Valve/Steam?

I bought a game that I cannot get running, but because it got stuck at the launcher screen for hours without me noticing, the "Play time" is set to 6+ hours and Steam automated answer to a refund request after more than 2 hours of game is to reject it.

To be clear, I could not play the game a single minute.
