I've been using zed. I was reluctant to try it because I use ZFS which also has zed. The editor installs in my home dir and I've aliased it to zeded to avoid confusion.
It's refreshingly FAST! And when I rename files (in the terminal, not the editor) it can keep up, which impressed me. Maybe it's reading my bash history which would be a little less welcomed.
